How To Export Your Data
Step 1: Open Snapchat Settings
Open Snapchat on your child's device. Tap their profile icon (Bitmoji) in the top left corner, then tap the settings gear icon in the top right.
Step 2: Access My Data
Scroll down to "Privacy Controls" section and select "My Data." Then tap "Submit Request" at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Verify Your Account
Snapchat will ask you to verify the account by entering the password. This confirms you have permission to access this data.
Step 4: Wait for Email
Snapchat typically takes 24 hours to prepare your data. You'll receive an email at the account's registered email address with a download link when ready.
Step 5: Download the File
Click the link in the email (it expires after 30 days). Download the .zip file containing your data to your device.
Step 6: Upload to Wolense
Log into your Wolense account, go to "New Analysis," select Snapchat, and upload the downloaded .zip file. We'll analyze it and deliver your report within 48 hours.
Data Included: Snap history, chat logs, stories viewed, Discover content consumed, friend connections, search history, location data, and ad interaction data from account creation date forward.
