Valid for one-time analysis purchases ($79)

Account must be in good standing (no Terms of Service violations)
What Qualifies for a Refund:

Report quality didn't meet your reasonable expectations
What Does NOT Qualify:
You disagree with our recommendations (the guarantee covers pattern detection, not advice)

You provided incomplete or outdated data that affected analysis quality
Your account violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Subscription Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Awareness Subscription ($49/month):
Cancel anytime—no cancellation fees
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the billing cycle
If you've received a quarterly report during the current billing period, that period is non-refundable
Guardian Subscription ($299/month):

If you've received monthly reports during the current billing period, that period is non-refundable
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
Option 1 (Email): Email support@wolense.com with subject "Cancel Subscription"
Option 2 (Account Settings): Log in to your account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
What Happens When You Cancel:
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately
Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of your current billing period
No future charges will be made
Previous reports remain accessible in your account
You can resubscribe at any time
Example: If you subscribe on January 15 and cancel on February 10:
You're charged on January 15 ($49 or $299)
Cancellation takes effect February 15
You have access to your subscription benefits until February 15
No refund for the period between February 10-15
Exceptional Circumstances
Prorated Refunds
We may offer prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
Service Interruptions:
If Wolense experiences extended downtime preventing report delivery
If technical issues prevent you from accessing your report for an extended period
Refund amount based on duration of service interruption
Billing Errors:
Duplicate charges
Incorrect subscription plan charges
Unauthorized charges
Medical or Family Emergencies:
While subscriptions are non-refundable under normal circumstances, we understand life happens

We'll work with you to find a fair solution (pause subscription, prorated refund, etc.)
Fraudulent Purchases
If we detect fraudulent activity:
Refunds will not be issued
Account will be immediately terminated
We reserve the right to pursue legal action

One-Time Purchase Refunds:

Processing to your payment method: 5-7 business days
Appearance in your account: Depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 3-5 additional days)
Billing Error Refunds:
Processed immediately upon verification
Typically reflected in your account within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
Credit/debit card: Refunded to the card used
PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Other payment methods: Refunded to the source account
We cannot issue refunds:
To a different payment method than the original
In cash or check
To a third party (refunds go to the purchaser only)

Terms of Service Violations:
You violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
You submitted fraudulent information
You used the service for prohibited purposes (harassment, unauthorized surveillance, etc.)
Data Quality Issues You Caused:
You provided incomplete, corrupted, or altered data exports
Data was more than 60 days old at time of submission
You failed to follow data export instructions provided
Beyond Refund Window:
More than 30 days have passed since report delivery (one-time purchases)
Subscription cancellation doesn't qualify for retroactive refunds
Subscription Services Already Delivered:
You've received reports during the current billing cycle
Services were fully rendered before cancellation request
Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company:

Chargebacks may result in service fees, account termination, and legal action
Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us:

If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to:
Permanently ban your account

Legitimate reasons to initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
Unauthorized charges on your card (potential fraud)
You've attempted to contact us but received no response within 10 business days
