Monthly Subscriptions

Awareness Subscription ($49/month):

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

Option 1 (Email): Email support@wolense.com with subject "Cancel Subscription"

Option 2 (Account Settings): Log in to your account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email immediately

  • Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of your current billing period

  • No future charges will be made

  • Previous reports remain accessible in your account

  • You can resubscribe at any time

Example: If you subscribe on January 15 and cancel on February 10:

  • You're charged on January 15 ($49 or $299)

  • Cancellation takes effect February 15

  • You have access to your subscription benefits until February 15

  • No refund for the period between February 10-15

Exceptional Circumstances

Prorated Refunds

We may offer prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

Service Interruptions:

  • If technical issues prevent you from accessing your report for an extended period

  • Refund amount based on duration of service interruption

Billing Errors:

Beyond Refund Window:

  • Subscription cancellation doesn't qualify for retroactive refunds

Subscription Services Already Delivered:

  • You've received reports during the current billing cycle

  • Services were fully rendered before cancellation request
