Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paystrat LLC, operating as Wolense ("Wolense," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Wolense website (wolense.com) and our algorithmic influence analysis services (collectively, the "Services").

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
Age and Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wolense
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
You must be a parent or legal guardian of the child whose data you are submitting for analysis
Account Registration
To use Wolense, you must:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your account information
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Prohibited Users
You may not use Wolense if:
You are under 18 years of age
You are not the legal parent or guardian of the child whose data you submit
You have been previously banned from Wolense for violating these Terms
You are located in a jurisdiction where we are prohibited from offering Services
Description of Services
What Wolense Provides
Wolense offers algorithmic influence analysis services that:
Analyze social media data exports you provide
Identify patterns in algorithmically recommended content
Assess influence from creators, themes, and content types
Provide developmental context through expert review
Deliver comprehensive reports with actionable insights
What Wolense Does NOT Provide
Not real-time monitoring: Analysis is retrospective, based on historical data you provide
Not account access: We never access social media accounts directly
Not message surveillance: We do not see private messages, DMs, or conversations
Not clinical diagnosis: Our reports are educational tools, not medical or psychological diagnoses
Not legal advice: Reports should not be used as evidence in legal proceedings without professional consultation
Not guaranteed outcomes: Analysis reveals patterns but cannot predict future behavior or guarantee intervention success
Beta Disclaimer
Wolense is currently in beta testing. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:
Features may change without notice
Service interruptions may occur
Analysis methodologies may be refined based on user feedback
Pricing and plans may be adjusted as we optimize our offerings
User Obligations and Acceptable Use
Your Responsibilities
When using Wolense, you agree to:
Provide data only for your own child (or a child for whom you are the legal guardian)
Ensure all submitted data was obtained legally and with proper consent
Use reports solely for the purpose of understanding and supporting your child's development
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use Services in good faith for their intended purpose
Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
Submit data for children who are not under your legal guardianship
Use Wolense to stalk, harass, or harm any individual
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms or source code
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize Wolense reports without written permission
Circumvent any security features or access controls
Violate any applicable laws, including privacy laws and children's protection regulations
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Data Submission and Analysis Process
Your Data Responsibilities
When submitting social media data exports:
Accuracy: Ensure data exports are complete and unaltered
Legality: Confirm you have legal authority to share this data
Timeliness: Submit data within 30 days of export (older data may yield less relevant insights)
Format: Follow our provided instructions for proper file formats
Our Analysis Process
Data Upload: You securely upload your child's social media data export
AI Pattern Detection: Our algorithms analyze patterns across thousands of content items
Expert Review: Licensed psychologists review AI findings and add developmental context
Report Generation: We compile findings into a comprehensive, actionable report
Delivery: Report is delivered to your email within 48 hours of data upload
Quality Standards
We strive to deliver accurate, insightful reports, but we cannot guarantee:
Detection of all concerning content patterns
Accuracy in every single data point (we aim for 94%+ accuracy)
That reports will reveal information you didn't already suspect
Specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations
Analysis is based on the data you provide. Incomplete or outdated data exports may result in less comprehensive analysis.
Payment Terms
Pricing
Current pricing is available at wolense.com/pricing:
One-time Analysis: $79 (beta pricing; regular price $129)
Awareness Subscription: $49/month (quarterly reports)
Guardian Subscription: $299/month (up to 3 children, monthly reports, consultations)
Prices are subject to change. We will provide 30 days' notice of any price increases for existing subscribers.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
We do not store your credit card information
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees
All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
Billing Cycle
One-time purchases: Charged immediately upon order
Subscriptions: Charged monthly on the date you subscribe
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your purchase. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless specifically noted.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
You will receive email notifications of failed payment attempts
Service may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment
Your account may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment
Refunds and Cancellations
100% Clarity Guarantee (Refund Policy)
One-time Analysis:
If your report doesn't reveal influence patterns you didn't already know, request a full refund within 30 days of report delivery
Email refunds@wolense.com with subject "Clarity Guarantee Refund"
No questions asked—we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Subscription Plans:
Cancel anytime—no cancellation fees
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
No refunds for partial subscription periods
If you've received a report in the current billing period, that period is non-refundable
Refund Exclusions
We cannot issue refunds if:
You violate these Terms of Service
Your account is terminated for prohibited conduct
You provided incomplete or inaccurate data that affected analysis quality
You're requesting a refund after 30 days from report delivery (one-time purchases)
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription:
Email support@wolense.com with subject "Cancel Subscription"
Or cancel through your account settings
Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email
Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of your billing period
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
Wolense owns all rights, title, and interest in:
The Wolense name, logo, and branding
Our website, platform, and Services
Our algorithms, methodologies, and analysis systems
Report templates and format
All content, text, graphics, and materials on our website
These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform
Reverse engineer our algorithms or analysis methodologies
Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of:
The data you submit for analysis
Your child's social media information
By submitting data to Wolense, you grant us a limited license to:
Use, analyze, and process the data to provide Services
Create reports based on the submitted data
Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms (no personally identifiable information)
This license terminates when your data is deleted from our systems (30 days after report delivery, unless you request earlier deletion).
Your Reports
Reports generated by Wolense are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:
View, download, and print your reports
Share reports with healthcare professionals, therapists, or educators involved in your child's care
Refer to reports in private conversations about your child's development
You may NOT:
Sell, license, or commercialize your reports
Publish reports publicly (social media, blogs, forums) without written permission
Use reports for purposes other than your child's wellbeing
Remove or obscure Wolense branding from reports
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranties
WOLENSE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Results from using our reports or recommendations
We make no guarantees that:
Our analysis will be 100% accurate
Reports will reveal specific patterns or concerns
Implementing our recommendations will produce specific outcomes
The Services will meet your specific needs or expectations
Not Professional Advice
Wolense provides educational insights, not professional advice.
Our reports are NOT:
Medical diagnoses
Psychological evaluations
Legal advice
Parenting directives
If you have concerns about your child's mental health, wellbeing, or behavior, consult qualified professionals (pediatricians, psychologists, licensed therapists).
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYSTRAT LLC (WOLENSE) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Costs of substitute services
Personal or property damage resulting from use of our Services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paystrat LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Data you submit to Wolense
Third-Party Services and Links
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help deliver our Services:
Stripe: Payment processing
AWS: Cloud hosting and data storage
Email services: Report and notification delivery
We are not responsible for these third parties' actions, omissions, or privacy practices. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Third-Party Links
Our website and reports may contain links to third-party resources (social media platforms, educational content, research papers). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not:
Endorse third-party websites or content
Control third-party practices
Accept liability for third-party actions
Review third-party terms and privacy policies before using their services.
Term and Termination
Term
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use Wolense Services.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
Emailing support@wolense.com with subject "Account Termination"
Following account closure procedures in your account settings
Upon termination:
Your access to Services will cease immediately
Data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy (30 days)
You will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods (unless eligible under our Clarity Guarantee)
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
We reasonably believe your account poses security risks
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Services (with 60 days' notice)
Upon termination by us:
You will lose access to your account and reports
Data will be deleted according to our retention policies
Refunds may be issued at our discretion (case-by-case basis)
Effect of Termination
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including:
Intellectual property rights
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Indemnification obligations
Governing law and dispute resolution
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@wolense.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Wolense Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
Arbitration Terms:
Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
Conducted under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules
Location: Sheridan, Wyoming (or telephonically at your option)
Arbitrator's decision is final and binding
Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction
Exceptions to Arbitration:
Small claims court actions (if eligible)
Intellectual property disputes
Injunctive relief requests to prevent irreparable harm
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WOLENSE AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Limitations Period
Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Wolense must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose. After this period, the claim is permanently barred.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolense regarding use of our Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Wolense.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet failures.
Language
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
