You provide a data export from their social media platform (we provide instructions). We analyze the patterns in that data using AI-powered recognition systems combined with human expert synthesis. We never access accounts directly and never see private messages.

How long does analysis take?

Your diagnostic report is delivered within 48 hours of data upload.

What if my child uses multiple platforms?

Single-platform analysis reveals patterns effectively since algorithmic influence systems work similarly across platforms. Multi-platform analysis is available with subscription plans.

Is this like parental monitoring software?

No. We don't track real-time activity, read messages, or provide surveillance capabilities. We analyze past patterns to reveal influence architecture—similar to how a medical diagnostic analyzes symptoms to reveal underlying conditions.

What platforms do you support?

Currently: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube. Additional platforms coming soon.

What if I don't like what the report shows?

Do you watch the actual videos my child sees?

No. We analyze the data fingerprint—metadata, engagement signals, thematic patterns across thousands of content items. The system identifies what matters without watching individual videos manually.

Can I see examples of patterns you detect?

Absolutely. Your report shows actual creator names, specific content types, and representative examples of each pattern. You get evidence, not vague conclusions. Real patterns from your child's real feed.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch at any time. If you move from monthly to annual billing, your new cycle begins immediately with a prorated adjustment. If you switch back to monthly, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Workhorse accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual subscriptions, we also support bank transfers on request. All payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive a receipt for every transaction.

How do you protect my child's privacy?

Military-grade encryption (AES-256). SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Automatic deletion after 30 days. Full GDPR, COPPA, and CCPA compliance. Your family's data is never sold, never shared, never monetized.

Do you access my child's private messages?

Never. We analyze algorithmic content delivery—what platforms show them, not what they say to friends. No access to DMs, private conversations, or messages. Period.

Who sees my child's data?

The two analysts assigned to your report. Nobody else. Not other team members, not third parties, not marketing databases. Analysts are background-checked and legally bound to confidentiality.
