How To Export Your Data
Step 1: Open Instagram Settings
Open Instagram on your child's device. Tap the profile icon, then tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right. Select "Settings and privacy."
Step 2: Request Download
Tap "Accounts Center" at the top. Select "Your information and permissions," then "Download your information." Choose "Request a download."
Step 3: Select Data Range
Choose "Select types of information" and ensure these are checked: Posts, Stories, Reels, Liked posts, Saved posts, Following and followers. Select date range (we recommend "All time" or at minimum the past 6 months).
Step 4: Choose Format and Request
Select JSON format and "High" quality. Choose where to receive the download link (email or notification). Tap "Submit request."
Step 5: Wait for Download
Instagram typically takes 24-48 hours to prepare your data. You'll receive an email when it's ready.
Step 6: Download and Upload
Download the .zip file from the link provided. Upload it to Wolense through "New Analysis" → Instagram. Report delivered within 48 hours.
Data Included: Reels watched, posts liked and saved, accounts followed, Explore content viewed, engagement patterns over selected time period.
